WINDHOEK, 03 APR (NAMPA) Telecom Namibia (TN) on Monday deactivated 191 598 unregistered prepaid Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, in a move to comply with regulations set by the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN).
