SWAKOPMUND, 15 AUG (NAMPA) – The Erongo Region is facing significant challenges in its efforts to deliver vital social services to its vulnerable populations, despite a notable number of beneficiaries.
Erongo Governor, Neville Andre Itope, in his State of the Region Address on Thursday highlighted these obstacles, stressing that budgetary constraints, administrative delays, and staff shortages have hampered service delivery.
