SWAKOPMUND, 20 AUG (NAMPA) – Jan Carlo Horn, the father of Jan Carlo (JC) Horn Junior, one of six people who died when two cars crashed on the Henties Bay road nearly 10 years ago, says he will not forgive the accused.
JC along with two others, including his girlfriend, were passengers in the vehicle that was being driven by Jandre Dippenaar, when the incident occurred between Swakopmund and Henties Bay.
