SWAKOPMUND, 28 AUG (NAMPA) – Indila Abraham, a learner at Pro-Ed Private School, was on Tuesday sworn in as the new junior mayor of the Swakopmund Junior Town Council (JTC), taking over from Berry Kawana.
Abraham is deputised by Diego Nujoma from Namib High School.
In her acceptance speech, Abraham acknowledged the challenges of her new role as junior mayor, emphasising the importance of time management, leadership, and personal growth.
