SWAKOPMUND, 28 AUG (NAMPA) - The National Conference Education Implementation Plan (NCE-IP), approved by Cabinet in 2023, will serve as a guiding tool to bring about much-needed transformation in education, Education, Arts and Culture Minister Anna Nghipondoka has said.
