Lifeless body of mentally challenged man found at Onaayamba village

OMUTHIYA, 08 SEP (NAMPA) – The lifeless body of a 34-year-old mentally challenged Angolan man was on Saturday found hanging with a steel wire around his neck from a tree at Onaayamba village in the Oshikoto's Okankolo constituency.
