OSHAKATI, 13 SEP (NAMPA) - Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero, has said officials and leaders of sport in Namibia have failed athletes in the Olympics and Paralympics when it comes to the number of participants.
Tjongarero was speaking during the official opening of the third edition of the National Youth Games at Oshakati on Thursday.
The minister said sports officials “only think of themselves and not the athletes.”...
