OSHAKATI, 17 SEP (NAMPA) – A 26-year-old man was arrested in connection with a recent incident in which a minor girl, 13, was allegedly abducted and raped at Etayi village.
Namibian Police Force Regional Commander for the Omusati Region, Commissioner Ismael Basson said the incident allegedly occurred on Wednesday during the afternoon hours.
