OTJIWARONGO, 24 SEP (NAMPA) - A 29-year-old man was arrested on Monday at Otjiwarongo after he allegedly stabbed to death his ex-girlfriend with an unknown object.
The deceased was identified by her close relatives as the 24-year-old Amanda Khuxas from Otjiwarongo.
