WINDHOEK, 29 SEP (NAMPA) - The Namibian Correctional Services (NCS) held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday for the construction of the Katima Mulilo Correctional Facility, on Farm Katima in the Zambezi region, to serve as a food production Correctional Facility.
Farm Katima has been idle for more than 20 years and efforts have been made to repurpose the land as a food production Correctional Facility.
