KEETMANSHOOP, 30 SEP (NAMPA) – A 24-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with an electrical cord in Keetmanshoop on Saturday morning.
The Namibian Police Force’s Crime Investigations Coordinator for the ||Kharas region, Deputy Commissioner Nikodemus Mbango, told Nampa on Sunday that the deceased was identified as Carlos Ricket.
