At least two workers were killed and 35 injured in a chemical leak at a Texas oil refinery owned by Mexico's state-owned oil company Pemex, the company said Friday. "Unfortunately we have two dead, two workers who were in the affected area and who were directly impacted by the gas" leak Thursday at the refinery in Deer Park, Pemex director Victor Rodriguez Padilla said.
