Berlin (dpa) - A German court is set to deliver its verdict on Monday in the murder trial of a former Stasi officer accused of a fatal shooting at a border crossing in Berlin 50 years ago. The prosecution is demanding a 12-year prison sentence for the killing at Berlin's Friedrichstrasse crossing on March 29, 1974.
