A mother who whisked away her premature baby from a Paris hospital to the Netherlands will be handed over to French authorities next week, an Amsterdam court said Friday. A court spokeswoman told AFP a request for an accelerated procedure in the case had been accepted regarding the mother so "she should be handed over next week".
