Malaysia's manufacturing sales up 6.5 pct in Q3

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- Malaysia's manufacturing sales rose 6.5 percent year-on-year to 483.2 billion ringgit (110.28 billion U.S. dollars) in the third quarter, official data showed Friday. The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) said in a statement that the increase was primarily attributable to the food, beverages and tobacco sub-sector which grew 12.3 percent and electrical and electronics products sub-sectors that increased......
