SAN JOSE, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- Spartak Moscow forward Manfred Ugalde and Feyenoord defender Jeyland Mitchell were among 16 foreign-based players named in Costa Rica's squad on Friday for the CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinal against Panama. Manager Claudio Vivas also called up Austin FC defender Julio Cascante, Valencia Mestalla forward Warren Madrigal and Chicago Fire winger Ariel Lassiter.
