ONDANGWA, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – Oshana Regional Electoral Officer Amon-Oiva Haimbangu said that many seagoing personnel were turned down due to a lack of proper documentation, during the special voting process which started countrywide Wednesday morning.
Haimbangu in an interview with Nampa said many of the companies have failed to send through the list of those expected to vote during the special election due to being on duty on 27 November 2024.
