Bayern's Palhinha withdraws from Portugal squad due to injury

Berlin (dpa) - Bayern Munich midfielder João Palhinha has been forced to withdraw from the Portugal squad ahead of the last two Nations League matches of the year due to injury, the Bundesliga club said. Palhinha is suffering from a groin problem and will return to Munich for further treatment, the club said in a statement.
