COLOMBO, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Twenty-one cabinet ministers were sworn in before Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake on Monday morning at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo. Deputy ministers will be sworn in later, it was announced at the event.
