ALGIERS, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune announced a government reshuffle on Monday, retaining Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui. The reshuffle came as the Constitution stipulates that the cabinet must resign before the appointment of a new government.
