Mid-year gems emporium held in Myanmar's Nay Pyi Taw

YANGON, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar launched its mid-year gems emporium for 2024 in the capital city of Nay Pyi Taw on Monday, the state-run daily The Mirror reported on Tuesday. Myanmar's State Administration Council Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the opening ceremony, along with over 4,500 local and foreign merchants, the report said.
