WINDHOEK, 23 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has urged the Presidential and National Assembly elections observers to abide by the set code of conduct.
The overview of the code of conduct was delivered by ECN’s Senior Legal Officer Alpheus Haufiku during a briefing to the election observers and media on Friday.
The code of conduct was established on 09 October 2009 in the Government Gazette to govern accredited observers...
