NEW YORK, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar weakened in late trading on Monday. The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, decreased by 0.69 percent to 106.817 at 3:00 p.m. (2000 GMT). In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.0506 U.S. dollars from 1.0411 dollars in the previous session, and the British pound added to 1.2575 dollars from 1.2525 dollars in the previous session.
