RUACANA, 27 NOV (NAMPA) - The voting process at the Oshifo settlement near Ruacana began early Wednesday morning, with community members patiently waiting for their turn to vote.
David Shikongi, the presiding officer at Oshifo Community Hall, said they did not experience any hiccups from the onset.
He said that close to 200 people managed to cast their votes in the first hour when the process started at 07h00.
