Stigma, discrimination hinder HIV/AIDS fight: Zambian gov't

LUSAKA, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- The Zambian government said on Monday that stigma and discrimination have remained major obstacles to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the country.
