Cuba faces power outage after another electrical failure

HAVANA, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Cuba's power grid experienced another nationwide outage early Wednesday morning, following a failure at the island's largest power plant, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mines. "At 2:08 a.m. today, the National Electric System experienced a total disconnection, caused by the automatic shutdown of the Antonio Guiteras Thermoelectric Power Plant in Matanzas.
