Dresden, Germany (dpa) - Three candidates have been put forward for election to state premier in a secret ballot being held in the parliament of the eastern German state of Saxony on Wednesday. Incumbent Michael Kretschmer of the Christian Democrats (CDU) is seeking re-election.
