Otavi pensioners receive Christmas gifts

OTAVI, 19 DEC (NAMPA) -The Otavi Constituency in the Otjozondjupa region on Wednesday distributed food hampers as Christmas gifts to the town's pensioners and people living with disabilities.
Otavi Constituency councillor George Garab and six office officials distributed the food hampers to nearly 100 beneficiaries listed on the office database.
"The criteria we have used to identify these 100 beneficiaries is simply through their ages, location...
