Mihambo suffered from Covid long-term effects after Olympics

Berlin (dpa) - German long jump star Malaika Mihambo has said that she suffered from a long time from a coronavirus infection she contracted before claiming Olympic silver in Paris. Mihambo told Stern magazine that she felt the after-effects of the infection from June until the end of October. She was taken out of the Stade de France after the Olympic competition in August in a wheelchair. She said she was short of breath, just like at the 2022......
