Düsseldorf (dpa) - Police in Essen have started criminal proceedings against a man who shouted a right-wing slogan during a minute of silence for the victims of the Magdeburg Christmas market attack at a third division football match. 'We have filed a criminal complaint for incitement to hatred,' a police spokesperson told dpa on Sunday.
