Turkish filmmaker captures Xinjiang life in new documentary

ISTANBUL, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- A new documentary offering a glimpse into everyday life in China's northwestern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is set for an online premiere in early January, its director said on Wednesday. The half-hour film, "Seven Days in Xinjiang," was named after Turkish filmmaker Serkan Koc's week-long stay in the region.
