MOSCOW, December 30 (Sputnik) - Iran is interested in exchanging detained Italian journalist Cecilia Sala for Iranian engineer Mohammad Abedini-Najafabad, who has been arrested in Milan for extradition to the United States, Italian newspapers Corriere della Sera and Repubblica reported on Monday.
