MOSCOW, December 30 (Sputnik) - UN humanitarian operations remain suspended in areas of the Syrian regions of Aleppo, Tartus, Latakia and Deir ez-Zor due to security issues, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said on Monday.
