MOSCOW, January 5 (Sputnik) - A contract on the supply of Russian diesel fuel to Cuba will be signed in the near future and will provide for the start of fuel deliveries, Cuban Ambassador to Russia Julio Antonio Garmendia Pena told Sputnik.
