MOSCOW, January 9 (Sputnik) - Russia is monitoring the exchange of statements between US President-elect Donald Trump and the Panamanian authorities on the control over the Panama Canal, but this is a bilateral issue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
