Russian Air Defense Systems Shoot Down 8 ATACMS Missiles in Past Week - Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, January 10 (Sputnik) - The Russian air defense systems have shot down eight ATACMS missiles launched by Ukrainian troops in the past week, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday. "Air defense systems shot down eight US-made ATACMS tactical missiles, five French-made Hammer guided aerial bombs, 41 US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket launchers, as well as 689 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said.
