Tesla starts production of new Model Y at carmaker's German plant

Berlin (dpa) - The US electric car manufacturer Tesla has started production of its updated Model Y at its European plant located just outside the German capital of Berlin. "We are starting to produce the first vehicles today," a Tesla spokeswoman told dpa on Tuesday. She declined to provide further details.
