MOSCOW, January 15 (Sputnik) - The International Energy Agency (IEA) believes that Russia decreased oil production in December by 40,000 barrels per day to 9.28 million barrels per day, exceeding the OPEC+ oil deal target by 300,000 barrels per day, the organization's fresh report said on Wednesday.
