MOSCOW, January 15 (Sputnik) - The reserves of the commercial oil and oil products of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) decreased by 20.1 million barrels in November to 2.749 billion barrels, hitting the record low since August 2022, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in its report on Wednesday.
