WINDHOEK, 15 JAN (NAMPA) – Executive Director of the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, Penda Naanda, has welcomed the removal of Cuba from the US list of State Sponsors of Terrorism, describing it as a significant step towards improving relations between the two countries.
