TBILISI, January 19 (Sputnik) - Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili said on Sunday that he had pardoned 613 prisoners, for the first time since he entered office in December last year. "Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili pardoned 613 prisoners to mark the celebration of the Epiphany," the statement published on his social media read.
