Poland Spends Record 3.7% of GDP on Defense in 2024 – Reports

MOSCOW, January 20 (Sputnik) - Poland spent record 3.7% of its GDP or about $29 billion, on defense last year, the Polish Rzeczpospolita newspaper reported on Monday. The newspaper said that country’s defense spending is made up of funds from the state budget and the extra-budgetary armed forces support fund (FWSZ).
