Vice president of German gymnastics body steps away temporarily

Stuttgart, Germany (dpa) - Former Germany gymnastics team coach Ulla Koch has temporarily stepped away from her position as vice president of the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB) amid a series of allegations of abuse in German gymnastics. The DTB said in a statement on Monday that the step is being taken "in the interests of an optimal reappraisal process" and it's valid for its duration.
