ANKARA, January 20 (Sputnik) - The Turkish consulate general in Syria's Aleppo has officially resumed work and the flag can be seen waving above the building, the Anadolu news agency reported on Monday. Earlier in January, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced plans to resume operations at the consulate.
