MOSCOW, January 20 (Sputnik) - The Russian government has supported a bill that would grant inter-agency coordination bodies, which perform functions to combat the financing of terrorism, the authority to make decisions to freeze the assets of individuals involved in sabotage activities, according to a draft cabinet review obtained by Sputnik.
