WASHINGTON, January 20 (Sputnik) - Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on Monday. Trump was sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts just before noon local time (17:00 GMT), in a ceremony that took place inside the US Capitol Rotunda.
