Ministry proposes cross-border e-commerce businesses in Vietnam must own licence

HANOI, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade has proposed that cross-border e-commerce enterprises doing business in Vietnam must register for an operating license, local media reported Tuesday.
