13 dead in south India road mishaps

NEW DELHI, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- At least 13 people were killed and around 20 others injured in two separate road accidents in India's southern state of Karnataka on Wednesday, local police confirmed. Nine persons died and 10 others were injured when a truck carrying them overturned around 05:30 a.m. in Karwar town.
