IN ASIA The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 3,237.60 points, up 23.98 points, or 0.75 percent. The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 10,323.45 points, up 97.58 points, or 0.95 percent. The Hang Seng Index opened at 19,881.32 points, up 102.55 points, or 0.52 percent. The S&P/ASX 200 index opened at 8,379.80 points, down 50.......
