NATO Secretary General Believes Ukrainian Conflict Moves in "Wrong Direction'

MOSCOW, January 23 (Sputnik) - NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Thursday that the alliance should increase its support for Ukraine in order to change the "wrong direction" in which the conflict is moving.
